Integration Episode 2: When Grief and Hope Live in the Same Room
What if healing doesn’t happen after life slows down?
What if it happens right in the middle of everything else?
This integration episode creates space to pause and reflect on the journey through Arc 2—a season of grief, hope, healing, faith, and learning how to keep moving forward without needing every question answered first. It’s a gentle reminder that sometimes healing isn’t about arriving somewhere new. Sometimes it’s about learning how to carry more than one truth at the same time.

About This Listening Space
Arc 2 explored what it looks like to carry grief, responsibility, healing, faith, uncertainty, and hope all at once.
And if there’s one thing this season has taught me, it’s that healing rarely happens the way we expect it to.
For a long time, I assumed healing would happen separately from real life. I thought there would be a season for processing, a season for understanding, and then eventually a return to normal.
But life doesn’t usually work that way.
Healing shows up in the middle of responsibilities. In conversations that still need to happen. In ordinary days that continue moving forward even while parts of us are still carrying something heavy.
This integration episode isn’t about wrapping everything up neatly.
It’s about creating space to acknowledge what you’ve been carrying and releasing the pressure to have it all figured out.
Because maybe nothing is wrong.
Maybe you’re just still in it.
